Assessment & reimbursement for SDOH

The 2024 Physician Fee Schedule includes new reimbursement for SDOH assessment of Medicare patients up to twice a year.

Enhanced Vitals makes it easy to assess, score, store, and receive reimbursement using new HCPCS code G0136.

Our approach is different

We believe that patients should be assessed routinely and efficiently for social and environmental problems before medical encounters, in the same way that patients have vital signs checked now.

Providers can be reimbursed to assess patients up to twice a year

Validated questionnaires are used to identify Social Determinants of Health issues.10-13

Results are automatically scored

Results are immediately calculated and sent to the provider. Patients also have the option to view their results.
