The information we collect

Any PHI that Enhanced Vitals creates,receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of your health plan is subject tofederal privacy laws including the Health Insurance Portability andAccountability Act (HIPAA).Enhanced Vitals will never sell, rent, or give away your PHIor any information from your health plan that can be linked back to you. We mayprovide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or othertrusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing information on ourbehalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information basedon our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and any otherappropriate confidentiality and security measures.
How We Use the Information We Collect
As stated above, Enhanced Vitals may use your informationto calculate aggregate information, which will then be presented to other usersin a way that provides useful information. It will not be possible for suchaggregate information to be linked to you.We use your email address and other personal informationto identify you in our system as a participant in Enhanced Vitals. We also useyour information to communicate back to you. Additionally, from time to time,we may also use your information to update you about Enhanced Vitals We may provide to third parties information about you thatdoes not allow you to be identified or contacted.
